MINDFULNESS CLASS

Participants are finding this Mindfulness training and sharing to be helpful in
reducing stress, anxiety and depression. Using a free online non - religious class(www.palousemindfulness.com) in which you proceed at your own pace.

At meetings you are welcome to share our own helpful thoughts and experiences with the group, or feel free to just listen to the discussion. After our final lessons this month we’ll be turning to a new book called Good Morning, I Love You: Mindfulness and Self-Compassion Practices to Rewire Your Brain for Calm, Clarity and Joy.
