Maintenance & Housekeeping
Maintenance:
Chateau Lake San Marcos Homeowners Association employs a full-time director of building maintenance and a staff to provide upkeep of all of the community common areas including landscaping. The maintenance staff can however offer minor project handyman services to individual residents as time permits for a nominal charge. Please refer to the ancillary charge list for current rates.
Housekeeping:
Housekeeping services are included for all residents of the community. Housekeeping is provided every other week and includes:
Service is approximately one hour for a one-bedroom unit and 1 ½ hours for a two-bedroom unit. The director of resident services will be happy to arrange cleaning times to best fit your schedule.
Utilities:
Each residential unit is responsible for their own electric energy bill provided by SDG&E and any telephone services of your choice. AT&T and spectrum are available in our local area.
The following utilities are included in the homeowner’s assessment:
*Each unit is air conditioned. All air-conditioning equipment is the responsibility of the unit owner to maintain, repair, and/or replace. Please see exhibit E of the CC&Rs for a complete list of owner maintenance responsibilities
