Entry Gates:
Entrance barriers allow for remote control access or a pin code entered on the security panel at the gate house. The front (west) barriers allow both entrance and exit: the rear (east) gates are for exit only. Barriers allow for one vehicle per activation. Please do not walk under open gates.

Gate house:
The gate house at the entrance to the Chateau is staffed from 5:00 p.m. through 8:30 a.m. Duties of the gate house attendants include answering the telephone, monitoring incoming vehicles, keeping a watchful eye on the community during evening hours, delivering authorized
communications and summoning help in emergencies.

Smoke Alarms:
Each condominium, and all common areas, are protected by sprinklers. The common area smoke detectors automatically activate an alarm in the Assisted Living. The alarm system may also be activated from pull-handles in the hallways. The fire alarm system is tested the first Wednesday of each month between 10:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.

Speed Limit:
The speed limit is 10 m.p.h. within the Chateau community. Please drive carefully.
