NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING of MEMBERS and CANDIDATE LIST

Chateau Lake San Marcos Homeowners Association

Thursday, January 30, 2025 @ 2:00 p.m.

Chateau Lake San Marcos Community Center

The purpose of the meeting is to adopt the annual tax resolution and to elect three (3) directors to the five-member Board. In accordance with Article Five of the Chateau Lake San Marcos Homeowners Association Bylaws, the nominees are:

James Blackman

Harry Bubnack

Susan Christian

Dianne Long

Ballots should be sent to the Inspectors of Election no later than:
Thursday, January 30, 2025, at 2:00 p.m.
to 1502 Circa Del Lago, San Marcos, CA 92078
at which time the ballots will be counted.

Any member of the Association has a right to verify accuracy of individual
information on both the Candidate List and the Voter list.

Any member of the Association has the right to request individual delivery
of the above items.

NOTICE: An Organizational Meeting of the Board will immediately follow the Annual Meeting to elect officers of the Association.
